Kodapau Terms and Conditions

Agreement To These Terms

Kodapau is provided by BUILDINGAI SOLUTIONS, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, VAT B13944491, located at Calle Gestión, Número 4, Polígono Industrial y de Servicios PISA, Mairena del Aljarafe, 41927 Sevilla, Spain.

By accessing or using Kodapau, you agree to these terms. If you use Kodapau on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them. If you do not agree, do not use Kodapau.

The Kodapau Service

Kodapau helps dog owners and households plan dog care, routines, walks, meals, reminders, progress, and training. Kodapau may include websites, waitlists, invite links, mobile apps, support channels, subscriptions, and optional AI-assisted features.

Kodapau may change over time. Some features may be free, paid, limited, in early access, unavailable in some territories, or dependent on device permissions, app-store availability, or third-party platform rules.

Eligibility, Accounts, And Households

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision required by applicable law.
• You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and credentials confidential.
• Household and invite features should only be used with people who are authorized to access the related dog-care information.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity results from our breach of legal duties.

Subscriptions, Purchases, And Renewals

If Kodapau offers paid plans, the price, taxes, included features, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase or by the app-store or payment provider used for the purchase.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date according to the applicable plan or platform rules. If you purchase through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, that platform may handle billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment support under its own terms.

We may change prices or plan features in accordance with applicable law. Material changes affecting active paid users will be notified with reasonable prior notice where required.

Consumer Right Of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in Spain or the European Union and buy a paid service at a distance, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 calendar days, unless an exception applies.

For digital content or digital services, your withdrawal right may be limited or lost where the law allows this, for example when performance starts with your prior express consent and acknowledgement. App-store purchases and refunds may need to be requested through the relevant app-store platform.

This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Dog-Care And AI Safety

Kodapau is not a veterinary, medical, emergency, or professional training service. Kodapau Coach and other AI-assisted features provide informational dog-care support only.

You remain responsible for decisions about your dog. For illness, injury, poisoning, severe behavior risk, emergency, or any concern requiring professional judgment, contact a qualified veterinarian or professional immediately.

Do not use Kodapau to harm animals or people, delay necessary veterinary care, create unsafe routines, or rely on AI output as a diagnosis or treatment plan.

Your Content And Data

You keep ownership of the information, photos, messages, and other content you provide to Kodapau. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display, adapt, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Kodapau.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide content to Kodapau, including where content relates to other household members or identifiable people.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Kodapau unlawfully, deceptively, abusively, or in a way that infringes rights of others.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, bypass security, or attempt unauthorized access to Kodapau.
• Do not upload malware, harmful code, unlawful content, or content that violates privacy, intellectual-property, or animal-welfare laws.
• Do not use Kodapau to monitor or profile people without a lawful basis and appropriate consent.

Intellectual Property

Kodapau, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Kodapau for its intended purpose. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

Availability, Changes, And Suspension

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Kodapau may be interrupted, updated, restricted, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or business reasons.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for users, animals, us, or third parties, or if required by law.

Disclaimers And Liability

Kodapau is provided with reasonable skill and care. However, except as required by law, we do not guarantee that Kodapau will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every dog, household, device, or circumstance.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for intent, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages caused by misuse of Kodapau or by ignoring professional veterinary advice.

Governing Law And Disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not limit mandatory protections available under the law of your country of habitual residence.

If you act as a business user, the courts of Seville, Spain will have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Consumers may bring claims before the courts and consumer bodies available under applicable consumer-protection law.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms when Kodapau changes or when legal, technical, or operational requirements change. If changes materially affect active users, we will provide appropriate notice.
